This MC has to be the easiest one I've done so far.  I haven't had any hunger, no headaches, no cravings.  Today my throat feels a littel scratchy - almost sore, and the cayenne is irritating it a little.  But this isn't bad at all.  So, it's been relatively uneventful so far! :)
