I have done the 7 day cleanse using Oxypowder
once or twice a year as maintenance. I also have
used it as a mop-up at the end of longer fasts
using The Master Cleanse method ~ 28-30 days.

I think it is a good product and safe for most
people. I would consider myself as having good
bowel health although it has been a process and
was not always this way. I do think you need to
be sure to drink plenty of water as I find it
does tend to be dehydrating and often I find I
am hungry. Sipping water continually helps keep
things flowing and is preferable to chugging.
