thanks for that, we use coconut oil everyday, i use it for diaper changes to clean and also as an after cream, i sue it for cradle cap aswell. we don't eat any processed food and haven't eaten Sugar in nearly a year, we are on the gapsdiet so all starches have ben stopped, the only sweetener we eat is raw honey and not everyday, i keep hearing about Lugols and i need to do more research.
