There have been recent reports that flu shots are ineffective. The best thing to do is to eat that orange that you are craving. Eat what your body tells you to. Read up on fasting and then jump in with both feet. Drinking water only will simplify your life physically, mentally and emotionally. It sounds like some simplicity is what you need right now.
