Thank You! All this information is so conflicting and nothing is ever simple, is it? I don't think I will be taking the actual Cortef anytime as I am not being treated by any doctor and my homeopath was the one who diagnosed me with the adrenal fatigue but he thought the solution was antidepressants. Thank you for the info about cortisol/fasting, hopefully Chris will shed some light.
