I took thurs. receipe
about 9pm before bed
and friday's
about 9am
both times it was about 1 cup but I had to add water because of the cayanne pepper

I don't really remember the diet on thursday
low fat, but friday it was mostly fruit and bread so also
low-no fat...
as for the stone..it was just the one stone, unless other tiny ones were there.
