Sorry, DeMi, it isn't that easy. You still have to watch your salt intake.... not no salt, but not a lot of salt. I do believe that salt has it's benefits... in moderation!
My wife is now averaging about 126/84 and taking only one med instead of 3 (she's 53). I have finally started on the "stuff" because I want to drop one med that is making me feel weak. I'll check in from time to time and update my progress.... or lack of it!
