To start, if you are on Lexapro you need to cut it off. But it has to be done slowly to avoid the rebound effect.

I am not capable to advise you more. Any wya, you came to the right forum. I am sure Chris and others will tell you what you better do in your case.

BTW, I salute you for not going back to that doctor. He is like an enemy for you now.
