I took Grapefruit seed extract to try to get rid of whatever was causing my kidney probs. It has cleared up my kidneys but upset my digestion. I didnt take any good bacteria - maybe you are right and I need to add in some. I might have just stressed my liver - isnt that responsible for digestion? Trouble is you try to help one thing and upset another!
