Agree, and besides, it's all a bit subjective, and one persons views may be different to another's, but in general I think it is much better to have a reasonable amount of red Rs than no red Rs. At least that will give new visitors some guidance to click on decent or half decent messages, rather than stumble across personal conflicts which do not give them any information whatsoever on water fasting.
