How do you know that the "stones" went from the gallbladder to the intestines?

By the way, Gallstones don't go from the intestines to to bile ducts. I think you have very little understanding if how the body works!

And yes, lodging a TRUE gallstone in the bile ducts is extremely dangerous and requires emergency surgery.
