I will try that, thank you. However I have already started doing the olive oil every day. I read Rex Adam's book "Miracle Medicine foods". In that book it suggests, 4oz grapefruit and 1oz olive oil mixed 1 hour before meals every day. I have done it at least once a day and sometimes 3x's a day.
He also says that garlic is a major help in that and other problems. Great book, been doing that about 2-3 weeks now. have passed several stones (imagine sitting in church service dying in pain because you are passing stones,the service was televised--i.e. camara's on audience (me) and couldn't get up and go to ladies room until it was over--stone passed by then).
Not giving up, God will help! or I will get it out...
