I notice a lot of people here use the Dr.Clark flush. But, in the liver section on this site - //www.curezone.org/cleanse/liver/default.asp , they list a few gradual liver cleanse procedures. They have a recipe on the list called Lemon&Olive oil drink - //www.curezone.org/gallstones/lemonolive.asp , it sounds interesting. It says you can use it daily. I don't think i'm ready to do the Dr.Clark flush right now, so i wanted to try the gradual one first. Has anyone tried this gradual cleanse?
