Hi Chiron,

Thank you for telling me that, I guess you really could use any whole grain I hadn't thought about that. I agree with you about this recipe, it should be shared with many people. Maybe it should get a triple R huh, lol but that is just how much I love bread! If I thought I could bake it and not try it while fasting I would make it and give it away just so I could see what I am looking forward to.
