You might check out the budwig diet and its forum. ;You can't eat milk but you can eat yogurt. My father had this and it progressed to lung and then brain cancer so suggest you act quickly. I might also suggest to be careful about alot of info on beet juices as in the old days they were cancer remedies and now we know that it just feeds the cancer. I drink carrot juice every day but in limit amounts such as no more than the juice of 4 carrots a day. I invested in a juicer and it was the best money spent and I juice alot. I do suggest doing a Colon Cleanse before starting any diet. This is simply a juice diet for at least 5 days and then slowing transiting to a regular diet.

Be glad to send some recipes if needed. Also check out Dr. Shultz 5 day cleanse. It is what I started with. Then graduated to the watermellon 3 day cleanse and recently did the pumpkin and pineapple cleanse for parasites.
