i have been using dr williams remedy for a number of years.two years ago my pressure was 170 over 87,after finding and making the eggplant just as it was written,within a few days it was way down.i moniter my pressure everyday and when it gets too low i cut back.i take it early morning and today it read at 125 0ver 75.my doctor asks me what medication im on,he finds it hard to believe that im not!im in my 70s and use no medication at all,none for whatever reason.im a great believer in alternative.hope this helps,at least the price is right!.good luck.Patsy
