Do you have a copy of the Moosewood Cookbook?

It's got a recipe for a zucchini crust pizza!

It's flourless if I remember correctly. You shred the zucc, toss with some salt, and then press the liquid out. Mix with cheese and eggs, press into a pan etc.

Let me know if you want & I'll transcribe it for you, but will have to be tomorrow, I'm yawning here :-)
