thanks for telling my your personal experiences! but what is it supposed to do for you (biologically speaking)? what is the scientific reasoning behind it? what is supposed to happen to your body? i guess i'm trying to ask politely if it's *supposed to* give you diarrhea? and if so, why do some people get it and others don't?
