Yes, lack of sunshine affects me, too. Ya know what though? For a few years after I moved to a sunny clime I was quite discombobulated because in the Winter, I normally would get somewhat introverted(not the right word). melancholy? I dunno.
Anyway, all of a sudden it was SUNNY, and NICE, a LOT more!
My moods no longer matched the weather. Weird adjustment I had to make.
Now I just devote a portion of each day to being depressed, say an hour or so, and call it good. Just kidding, but that could work, yes?
