I like icicles here, winter means FUN. The snow generally stays up in the mountains and melts off here during the day:)
We go skiing in the spring, come home, put on shorts and hang out on the sunny deck with a libation.

New recipe alert! Zucchini chili. Grate a butt-load of zucchini, sautee w/other vegs, blah blah. proceed w/usual chili protocol, whatever that is. Shredded zuc will decompose? (that's not the word). Anyway Shredded SQUASH will thicken stuff!
Squash is my friend. hehehe.....
