hi thanks for the yoghurt tip, we already have raw sheeps mlk kefir, we usually have it after lunchm but if you think we should have some after every meal, i'll up it, my ay 2 was eventful, i started off in a wonderful mood, infact we all did, i bit rare for our house, everyone stayed happy even me despite having an awful toothache, it was more jaw ache, and when i bent my head over the pain in my ear was excrutiating, i also had a sore throat most of the day, then i got flu, which was bizarre, cos it lasted for about 6 hours then went, we all slept well, today we are all in good moods, my throat is nearly better, my flu has gone and my jaw.ear is fine. my two little ones are up to their max 3 drops and they seem fine, i'll stop at that, do i keep giving it too them, i thought they had candida, we are up to 7 drops tonight and my dd13 is up to 5 drops, i'll report in tomoorw
