Hi Brit,

The Water Cure is on this site an I'll give you a link to it below. The other ingredient is natural, unrefined Sea Salt , as the idea is to make your body more saline and able to function more optimally.

I would recommend that you do not get the cayenne tincture from a store as it is most probably not as potent. But you can make it yourself - I have made my own and it works very well.
