no I just constantly see them breaking their fasts after 2 days to stuff their faces with pizza and the same handful of people after 6 months a yr.. still nowhere.

Doesn't take a poll to see that.

but just to please you I will clarify..

The people who make posts every other day to breaking their fasts saying they stuffed their faces with 3-4 pizzas are the ones who are not succeeding.


Anyways I'm done arguing with this nonsense. You can follow Water Fasting like its some cult for all I care.
