HQ Spring Water? What does it mean? Is this bottled water from spring time and the brand name or you mean fresh water from clean mountain creeks ?
My story?
I have a long story in burning out on my work. After that I started to run marathons.
At that time I consider constipations as something that I would have to live with it.
I clean myself throuth traingins and long distance run. On my work I suffer begun to suufer from tiredness and brain fog. Than I started to juice vegetables and fruits.
Read first book of Dr. Jensen and after that NH Walker. After that I was diagnosed with
malign tumors on my colon. Afer that I started to read books on raw food
( Dr. Cousin, Victoria Boutenko )...And from here I entered to Dr. Snchnabl and Dr.Wigmore...that's how I came into touch with wheatgrass. After that I found curezone and all of you guys here. That's how I changed zeolites and AFA algae with weatgrass and barley growing. Iforgot to mention I also had done a lot of sprouting
( watercress, daikon , broccoli, red cabbage ). I made few fasts with green leave vegetables and nettle juices. Now I usewheatgrass as part of my recovery juices
( after comming home from some ultra-marathon ) or winter loading with amino-acids, cleanings, B12 ( wheatgrass juice I use for improving my blood - B12, folic acid ,
B6 and iron ). And I try to promote here in my country and town that people can takecare by themselves even if they live in concrete blocks in towns ..with showing them my photos the way I grow wheatgras and barley.
And thats it...Before my ilness and stressed work I was alwasy active in sport
( climbing, runin,biking ).
I work in Insurance Company as Computer Engineer and study post-graduate level of Health and bioinformatic science.
