That is the reason why I do not like the fasting for weighloss forum. Some people have suggested to me that I should post my questions there since I need to get rid of my obesity. But I know that wrong belief you are talking about can only hurt more people in my case.

Thanks for bringing that subject to the attention of this forum. Waterfasting the right way, with the aim to change eating habits, is the only healthy way to fast.
