Hi Jimy, This recipe was attributed to Dr.David Williams. To lower blood pressure, Dice one eggplant into one inch cubes and put into a gallon of filtered water into the fridge. Soak for four days. The large round eggplant seems to give better results than the long skinny ones. On the fourth day, drain the water off and save it. This is the tonic. Take one ounce daily and monitor your bp closely. Caution-too much tonic can lower bp too much. Go slow. One person said they take it every other day. Another said one ounce didn't work so she took about four ounces and it worked. If taking MAO inhibitor proceed with caution.
