hi i am male of 50years.i have been suffering from high blood pressure since long.may be about 20 years.and which keeps on fluctuating.it remains in the range of 145 to 180/80 to 100. i am not using any medicine.as i am living a normal stress free healthy life.no doubt i am bit bulky and dont take extra care in my diet.can any one pl help me as to how to bring my bp to normal. thanks.
