Thank you for your suggestion on MSM.

MSM is a good thing for the body. Very good for allergies, inflammation, tissue repair etc.

I mentioned Miracle-Mineral-Supplement . Chlorine Dioxide. Kills pathogens. Kind of a harsh treatment though if you take to much. Very inexpensive.

Iodine is used by the thyroid to rid the body of pathogens. Almost no one is getting nearly enough. Also very inexpensive.
