Your question: I take magnesium capsules. Can't stand the test of epsom salts. What about the calcium/magnesium ratio? Does it matter? I take 1000mg of calcium to 500mg of magnesium. More magnesium than that and I get the runs. I put the calcium carbonate and magnesium in the alkalizing drink and it tastes really good. Much better than the lime water and epsom salts. And I am just as alkaline as when I was using the lime water and epsom salt.


Answer: If it does not matter what the Calcium to magnesium ratios are, then WHY are there ratios of Calcium to Magnesium in the 1st place?
