I'll be honest and tell you what my problem is. I start doing all the right things and eventually I fall back on the SAD Diet. The longest I've ever stuck with my program has been about six months. I lost lots of weight and I felt good. It's been a roller coaster ride ever since discovering thedoctorwithin.com and curezone.com about three years ago. Unfortunately, I can't get my family to go along with the program. If we were all on the same page it would be a lot easier to do the right things.

About 1.5 years ago I had a tooth pulled because I didn't want to get another root canal. I ended up with a hole in my sinus cavity. I knew taking Antibiotics was going to make my Candida issues worse. Unfortunately, the doctor did a good job scaring me into taking them to prevent a sinus infection. So I think I had Candida under control until I took those Antibiotics .

I'm trying to do the right things but it's easier said than done.
