I used rebounding, castor oil packs, and Epsom Salt baths to get my Lymph Nodes back to normal. Whenever I'm juice fasting I always us the rebounder. Unfortunately, I don't stick with it after I get off the fast.

If I get on Lugol's again, I'll make sure I'm doing everything to keep my Lymph moving.
