First 2-3days I really rest and keep to myself drinking water to get through it. Yes I'm proud to make it to 21days each time I'm trying to pass the last fast. Cuz b4 I did 14days and next time I do extended fast I wanna go 28-30days. But you can follow me here or youtube on the re-feeding! Good luck fasting!!!
