The sludge Telman wrote about in the previous post was my first experience with the liver flush. At 1:00 a.m.,during my first liver flush, I am passing this HUGE green rope looking thing and I freaked. I thought I had passed my intestines. Looking back on that day (the year was 2000) I have come a long way in my thinking about healing my own body. I have made great strides and suffered many setbacks. But, I continue my journey. Someday, I want to be as smart as Telman in regard to liver flushing.
