vermox will kill pinworms and toxocara roundworm in the colon if you got them. flukes will not be affected by vermox. if you got multiple parasites, you need multiple drugs. flukes are easily treated with praziquantel 600mg in a single dose, to be repeated every 2 weeks for a few cycles.
