I have been suffereing for candida for some time. After following a candida diet with herbs for 4 weeks i have decided to dedicate some time to reestablish my intestinal flora with probiotics.

Now i have bought alot of probiotics. I was planning on fasting for 3 days and supplementing myself with atleast 1 trillion cfu units each day during this time.

Does anyone think this could be unsafe?.. i have been using a probiotic for about 4 months, but want to take a final step.
could probiotics not work as well if i am fasting at the time?
