Isn't dried meat the same as smoked meat? What's the difference between the two? I'm also trying to find out how i can consume non-heated protein. I stopped eating cooked fish 3 weeks ago because it made me constipated. So you're saying marinated fish is non-heated? I didn't know that. I thought they cooked it before they put it in the glass jar. It's a good thing i found your post! And it's true what Mercola says about eggs (i'll give more info on this in the " Diet Forum " soon).
