Hi, I suffer from fibromyalgia. Now a friend of mine told that I should use Epsom Salt to absorb magnesium, which is said to relax the muscles. So did you ever hear about it. And btw what is the best product out there? So many Epsom Salt and so much variety in prices. Can somebody weigh in?
