the problem is quantity. you need much more Iodine than your supplement can provide. if you are female, then you have a lot of competition in your body for very little iodine.

i would say at least 100mg of Iodine and 800mcg of selenium. read up here(FAQs and Rs) and use the search function to educate yourself on the details.
