Thanks Pauletta. I'm feeling less grouchy but more whiny today. I'm not sure I will be able to keep up this cleanse through out the christmas season. I may end up doing the min 8 days and repeating it again in January. Feel free to sound off any time you want. I have been incredibly whiny today, mostly in my mind but some here.

Somehow we will make it through this Christmas!

Juggling schedules, kids, husband, house, Christmas, friends, cleanses, supplements, etc.... ;-}
