Since my blood Sugar is still screwed up, I chose the cider vinegar over apple juice, figuring it has the same acid that breaks them down.
I'm hoping that when I get my liver completely cleaned out and healthy I'll be able to enjoy fresh fruit again. That sounds better to me than all the cake, candy and ice cream in the world.
