The first thing to do is to determine what it actually is. To try and treat something when you are not sure of what it is is not a good idea and can be dangerous.It could be something as simple as a lipoma (fatty tumor), which does not cause any problems. Or it could be a cyst, or a fibroid... For that matter you have not even said if it is a growth of any kind.
