What I've been doing us downing a two ounce shot of wheat grass juice immediately following by a big glass of water. This help but it's still absolutely disgusting IMO. I really want to try and make wheat grass juice a regular part of my diet. I just don't know if I'll ever be able to drink it again after this fast. I'm getting nauseous just from the smell! This really sucks because I know how healthy this stuff is. :(
