Actually, I did do an enema. That's when I first noticed those strange things. Do you think these are stones that have started breaking down from the GCG and other stuff I've taken for that? I had been thinking that maybe the psyllium husks and Bentonite might be the next thing to go on to. I'm also alternating between dry congestion and a stuffy drainage. I'm hoping these are related so I can address it all at once!!!! Thanks for your support.
