Hi everyone! I did my third flush on Sunday night. I got a lot of things out that I have not seen before. Here is what I got out, let me know what you guys think:
1) small string looking things white in color
2) about 15 seed looking things (like lemon seeds but flat)
3) a few green pieces that almost looked like small cut up zucchini.
4) a stone about the size of a marble that was dark reddish & was harder than the other stones
5) little pieces of slime looking things(mucus maybe)

I also got a bunch of stones out & I feel great. I passed the reddish brown thing this morning. I want to thank all of you! I actually had thanksgiving dinner without pain! it was unreal! I have been learning to treat my body better but I am far from perfect.
