Sacristia dont feel bad or anything. theres been a previous debate on here and some people i just dont think they get along anymore. but i understand your point and agree with it. i may not use fasting for spiritual reasons because not everyone needs to do that to feel closer to GOD. i fast for detox and weight loss and to clear my mind. but its true no one's reason is greater than anyone else. but i hope a debate doesnt start off this little comment. good luck fasting!!!!
