So because my reasons for fasting are not spiritual, they are less than, or smaller less important reasons? Jaymz, you said that you were glad someone posted they were fasting for the "bigger reasons"

Please explain.

Personally I think whatever reasoning someone has behind their fast, may it be health, detox, or spiritual, it doesn't make anyone elses reason any less important.

Or that they are missing out on anything, like sacrist said.
