Fasting for me is always a very deep and spiritual for me. It is how I reconnect to God while I kind of "reset" my life, and my lifestyle.

I have found in the past, fasting while reconnecting with God with prayer, I have grown in ways that many people miss out on. It is very emotional yet very calming and peaceful for me.

I will try to keep you updated when I can.
