Thanks for the list of herbs, some im already on and others ive tried. But i cant believe ive never heard of this JIAOGULAN. Its a good adaptagen i hear. Going to get this ordered ASAP.

My problems are similar to your also, i believe splee, liver, adrenals and i have really poor circulation too.

Cheers for that. Will get a few of these added, got the mushrooms the other weed, along with transfer factor plus and biobran mgn-3.
