I had the same problem when I was upping the iodine. Rotten, nasty, I was constantly wondering if I was going to make it to the bathroom. I did find are really good kidney cleanse, I don't use tinctures, and I was trying to get as close to the Hulda Clark e kidney cleases as I could without having to but roots by the pound.
I found this one, 'Nature's Way' Kidney/Bladder cleanse, I got it at iHerb, it was cheap, and it's really helped. They recommend that you take it for no more than three days, I know I ran a fever the three days I was on it, and I couldn't take the recommended dose, it was too strong. I'm going to do it again, as soon as I get my liver cleared up again.
