I don't know, but I allways use one full cup of olive-oil, mixed with one cup of lemon juice. I changed to lemon juice because the grapefruit juice was boosting my blood thinners.
I did my 12th liver cleanse last weekend, and got out approx. 300 real dark coloured stones all most black.I hope that i'm allmost finished as I got about 2000 stones out so far. will do another flush next weekend. This last week I have noticed that I I'm having better bowel movments, wich is what I have been striving for.
